Anxiety and sleep-preparation

Well we’ve got another hypnotherapy diploma course this weekend so I’m gearing up for my sections on anxiety and sleep. We’ll be teaching our students the famous Rewind technique to life post traumatic stress disorder and phobias quickly and comfortably.

Using the Rewind technique with people who experience extreme anxiety will be a huge confidence boost to the students because of all the approaches it’s reliably the most dramatically beneficial. People who have been traumatised or severely phobic for years can have their lives transformed in sometimes as little as thirty minutes.

We have The snake phobia video/DVD for the students-All the dipoloma students will have seen me do a live demonstration of the Rewind technique on the basic hypnosis training workshop we’ll also be getting them to practice the technique structure and play around with pipe cleaner dolls as Jill describes in her recent blog: ‘training director caught playing with pipe cleaner dolls’. We teach through description, practical demonstration and practice because the more ways teaching is presented the more embedded the learning becomes.

The sleep section is also a favorite of mine-because good sleep is so central to good mental health and it’s one of my own favorite hobbies.

Any way I’ll keep you posted on how the next hypnotherapy diploma weekend goes.

Over and out for now.
