Get a good nights sleep at the right temperature

Well, this past weekend saw the third installment of The Uncommon Knowledge Hypnotherapy diploma course

We actually had great fun teaching the World renowned rewind technique the safe, comfortable and fast way of lifting phobias and post traumatic stress disorder. we also looked at ways to alleviate anxiety and panic attacks generally.

On the Sunday I spoke about how to help those with insomnia To fall asleep and stay asleep the core body temperature needs to drop in relation to the extremities (such as the hands and feet) so warming the feet with socks or a hot water bottle can be an incredibly effective way to lift insomnia (although possibly somewhat less than super-sexy) I have had success getting people to hypnotically imagine their hands and feet warming as they drift off to sleep which can have the same effect.

This article: Goodbye insomnia hello warming body suit explains more about the body temperature sleep connection.

Off for a snooze now
