I love seeing people learn and discover hypnosis. When I see new students become enthused with the strirrings of confidence that they too can help people sometimes dramatically to overcome difficulties I’m reminded of my own initial adventure into the world of hypnosis.
The first Uncommon Knowledge hypnotherapy diploma weekend was so enjoyable. As well as teaching about basic emotional needs and the basics of a solution-focussed therapy session we studied more hypnotic inductions and basically had great fun.
This coming weekend we are looking forward to seeing this great bunch of people again. We’ll be looking at addictions and specifically how to get smokers free of the habit. I love teaching the section on how to deal with resistant clients and the students always seem to love watching the video of me dealing with a real-life resistant client. Jill enjoys teaching about metaphor and therapy. This years group seem really friendly and also serious about learning-what a great combination.
