Rewind technique training

One of the most important therapeutic techniques we teach on the Uncommon Knowledge hypnotherapy training course is the Rewind Technique.

The Rewind Technique is a highly reliable way to swiftly and completely cure phobias and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). And as with most things we do on the hypnotherapy course, we like to make it fun…

(Newsflash: You can now learn the Rewind Technique online with our Rewind Technique Training Course.)

Thespian Rewind Nonsense

Rewind training stage 1 – trainers make themselves look daft in the pursuit of effective teaching:Rewind Technique Demo

Here, Mark Tyrrell demonstrates the Rewind Technique script on a course supervisor while Jill Wootton, in her own inimitable style, acts out what is going on.

Rewind Trainer Exhausted

Jill takes a breather, or at least tries to look as if she is. Really, she’s using every trick in the book to stop herself giggling. :-)

Supervisor and student groupNext, the supervisors take small groups of hypnotherapy course students through the Rewind Technique, to ensure everyone ‘gets it’. The stars of the show are our patent-pending pipecleaner dolls. I told you it was daft.

Rewind Pipecleaner DollThe star of the show takes a well-earned break…

If you are interested in the Rewind Technique, you can see it in action on our Snake Phobia Cure DVD. If you need help with a phobia or PTSD, you can find a Rewind practitioner here.

  • Dave Murray

Hi there, I am enquiring about the rewind technique. Do you run courses in Ireland . If so what is the cost and where are they held. Any info would be appreciated .Regards Dave

    HI Dave

I’m afraid we don’t deliver any Rewind Technique Training in Ireland. I’m sorry I can’t make any other suggestions, other than that we are likely to offer this as part of our online training at some point, probably next year.

    Best of luck

    Roger

    Hi Phillip

Thanks for your enquiry. Actually, the above rewind training is a module on our hypnotherapy training course: http://www.uncommon-knowledge.co.uk/training/hypnotherapy/hypnotherapy.html

We’re not running any standalone courses at the moment, but MindFields training may well be.

    Best of luck
