If you’ve visited our Depression Learning Path over at Clinical-Depression.co.uk you’ll probably know about the Depression Self Help Program.
Since setting it up a couple of years ago (after about 2 years of tortuous writing and editing - it’s the hardest product we have ever created) we have wanted to find a way of letting people try it out before committing to the whole program.
Thankfully, the gods of technology have come to our rescue and we now have a fully-functioning Free Trial set up.
To gain access to the first part of the program, all you need to do is pop over to clinical-depression.co.uk and set up an account - it will take you the grand total of about 10 seconds (!)
Then you can let us know what you think of the program by leaving a comment below

I’m in my second year of studying for a Diploma in Counselling and for my major piece of work have chosen to write an essay on Depression. I came across your Depression Learning Path on the internet and have found it very helpful in giving me insight into the causes and treatments for people who are depressed. I come across quite a few in my practice as a counsellor which is why I chose this topic.
I need to quote from and acknowledge your article in my essay, but didn’t find a date on it. From the above, I presume you wrote it in 2005 - is that right?
My work won’t be published, and I will never make any profit from it (other than my own learning)so I hope it’s OK with you that I refer to it in my essay.
